Rural Markets has formulated a transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Our goal is to provide appropriate service to customers and provide appropriate solutions in case of any problem related to the product or service.

 

Refund Policy:

ü  Product Returns and Refunds:

 

If there is a defect in the product or the customer is not satisfied within 3 days of receiving the product, the refund process will be initiated by returning the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To return a product, you must contact our customer support with a picture of the product and a detailed reason as proof.

ü  Refund Terms:

 

Refunds will only apply to products that meet the return conditions.

Refunds will be credited to the customer's account within 7-10 business days after the refund process begins.

If the customer does not wish to bear the shipping costs for returning the product, then the shipping costs will have to be borne by the customer.

ü  Order cancellation:

 

If the customer wishes to cancel an order after placing it, but before the product is shipped, they must contact customer support within 24 hours.

A full refund will be given for cancelled orders if the product has not been shipped.

Refunds will not be available if the order is canceled after the product has been shipped.

ü  Digital product or service refund:

 

Refund policies may vary for digital products (such as software, courses, etc.) or services. No refunds will be issued after use of such products or services.


ü  None-Refundable Products:

Some of our products will be non-refundable which will be stated in the product description.


ü  Conditions for non-refund:

 

Refunds will not be given if the product has been used or altered.

No refund will be given if the product is not returned within 7 days of receipt.
